- Game screen elements
There is a cork firing catapult located at the bottom or left edge of the screen. A thermometer gauge is located at the right edge of the screen. The top edge of the screen contains the current score and level/scene. The rest of the screen contains the field where the gas emitting cows wander around.
The thermometer increases as time elapses and with each burp and fart.
To advance to the next level, you need to burst all the cows before the thermometer gauge reaches 100.
During each level, a killer piglet appears, moves around and then disappears. Cows will burst if the pig gets too close. The piglet is your friend. You will be penalised if you shoot at and hit the piglet with a cork.
Each new level has more cows that move faster and smarter.
The game ends if the thermometer reaches 100.
- Navigation
The catapult can be placed anywhere across the bottom or left edge of the field. To move the catapult, simply touch the catapult and drag it to the new position. To fire a cork from the catapult, simply touch and release the catapult without moving it.
The orifice you wish to hit must be facing the catapult. If the cow is moving up and down, you will only be able to score a hit when the catapult is located along the bottom edge of the screen. If the cow is moving across the screen, you will only be able to score a hit when the catapult is located at the left edge of the screen.
- Scoring
Since version 1.1.0, multiple scenes have been added to the game, as well as an option to specify the starting level of the game. For maximum score, you would obviously want to start at level 1 and play through all the "easy" levels.
Your score is automatically submitted to Swarm at the end of the game.
The game is slightly different depending on the size of the screen on your device. Scores are only comparable on similar sized devices. There are 2 different leaderboards (Normal Screen and Small Screen) and scores are automatically posted to the board corresponding to your device.
- Tips
The cows move in a straight line and turn around whenever they reach the edges of the field or when they bump into another cow. Knowing this, you should try to anticipate where they will be located and in which direction they will be moving instead of chasing them. Just to keep you confused, they occasionally change speed and direction.
When the farmer mows the field, he leaves a subtle pattern in the grass. You can use this pattern to help in aiming.
- Notes
The first time that the game is started, our license agreement will be displayed. You are required to accept the agreement before the game can be played. If you choose to reject the agreement, the game will end immediately. The license agreement will be redisplayed each time the game is updated.
The game is free. Support and future development is funded by advertising. At the end of each level and at the end of the game, an active network connection is required in order to display a banner ad. If an active connection is not found, you will not be able to continue playing the game. Note that this implies that you will be able to play level 1 of the game as many times as you like, but you will be unable to advance to the next level or save any high-scores without a network connection.
- Supported devices
The game should run on any device running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) or higher. A touchscreen capable of landscape orientation is required.
